Three of the bedrooms are located in the main house, while the carriage house features both a queen bed and a futon. This listing is for the main house only. Early check-in requires preparing the property ahead of schedule, which involves additional effort. Early check-in is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability. It's a very peaceful family neighborhood. The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, which also includes stocking it with fish, so taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted, with a $200 fee charged for violations. The property has a main house with three bedrooms and a carriage house with one bed and a futon. The main house and the carriage house can be rented separately or together, with shared driveways and parking. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. For awareness, there is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door. It is motion detection and for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.) is provided. If needed, additional items can be purchased by the guests at a nearby supermarket or convenience store. Usage of the hot tub as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. There is a noise monitoring device from Minut which measures decibel levels. It does not record audio for privacy reasons. This is a part of our policy to be a good neighbor to the families that live around us. If the device is tampered with, we will get a notification. Do not use the basketball court if you have only rented the main house as someone may be in the carriage house and we would like to avoid any noise issue.
