This is a quiet family neighborhood, and outdoor noise should be refrained from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, with a $200 fee for violations. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, in the bedrooms, or on the beds. The pool is not supervised, and guests are responsible for their own safety. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them.
