Utilities are not included which are usually around $200/month for CableTV/Internet, Water, and Electricity. Gas and trash pick up is included in rent. We are seeking a working non-smoking professional that is clean and respectful of others. Looking to rent out for minimum of 2 years. I will need first and last month's rent and a deposit of $1500.
