Conveniently located just a short drive from the airport and close to downtown Savannah, Tybee Island, and Hilton Head, this location makes exploring a breeze. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of three cars, with one in the front and two in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. No parties or events are allowed, and do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. The property requires identity verification on all guests aged 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell in the front and back of the house for security purposes. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises, and do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
