Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a maximum capacity of three cars, with one parked in the front and two in the back. Please do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
