Located 3 minutes from I-95 and less than 5 minutes from I-16, getting around is very quick. Less than 20 minutes from downtown Savannah and 40 minutes from Tybee Island Beach. Do not use the fireplace inside the home. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The driveway fits 4 cars, but do not park on the street. No parties or events are allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number will be charged a $150/night fee. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $400 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Leave all common areas clean, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. No illegal substances. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval will incur an extra charge of $100. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is 1 security camera and 1 video doorbell in the front of the house for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove make-up or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials is provided, but if you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them.
