Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind is found. Max 3 cars are allowed: 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Do not park on the street or in front of other houses. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed.
