Rent includes all utilities, wifi, linens & towels, mini fridge with freezer supplied in room (but meals to be eaten downstairs) portable A/C to be used June-Sept, use of washer and dryer, off street parking. Looking for responsible adult who is clean, quiet, neat and tidy. I have a small dog who has no access to upstairs rental room. She does not tolerate other dogs or cats so no pets allowed. Must have good credit and pass a criminal background check. Tenant agrees to leave room in good clean condition. If not, a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit along with monies to cover damages, if any.
