If you run out of these items, it's your responsibility to replenish them. A pet fee of $83 will be charged if you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Located in a peaceful family neighborhood, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions to keep you entertained. Pooler offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Downtown Savannah is just a few miles away, providing easy access to all the city's historic landmarks, museums, and nightlife. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind is found in your home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. All guests age 18 years or older are required to complete identity verification and a profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.
