The house is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. The common spaces of the house will be shared amongst you, me and my boyfriend. We are very easy going and prefer a similar personality. The house is located in one of the safest and most upscale neighborhoods in Marietta - the most desirable area to be in, centrally located close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and cafés! We will split cost of utilities (usually around $150 a month). I prefer a female that's 21-38 years old, as I am a 28-year-old female myself. You'll most likely have to have street parking at this moment in time (this could change). Fenced-in backyard, great for hosting friends or cookouts! We prefer no smoking. We have all entertainment streaming services available!
