I live on the 3rd floor, we will rarely cross paths. This is a smart house located in East Cobb area with upgraded amenities in kitchen and laundry room. Security cameras surrounding the property. Rent is $1250 due by the 3rd of each month. We split electricity, water, and wifi. Smoking is only permitted on the patio. No large parties. Don't be late on rent. Seeking Reliable, trustworthy male tenant. No pets, no dependents, & no BIG parties. Visits from friends & family are OK, but no one else could live with you on a regular basis.
