The house is situated in a nice and safe neighborhood, equipped with outdoor cameras for added security while ensuring guest privacy inside. Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage. The interior of the home is beautifully decorated with a touch of modernity while maintaining a cozy and warm atmosphere. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large bathroom, while the second, third, and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed. The living room offers a sectional sofa for comfortable seating, and another living space is converted into a working area for those who like to work in style. The kitchen is large, open, and bright, with plenty of windows and natural light. Washer and dryer are included for long-term guests. Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of eight guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Pets may be approved with prior authorization, and a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay applies for pets under 25 lbs, with a maximum of two pets per stay. The home is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to access various attractions such as the Mall of Georgia, Lake Lanier, Stone Mountain, downtown Atlanta, and the Atlanta International Airport. The neighborhood offers a safe and pleasant environment with easy access to dining, entertainment, malls, hospitals, and parks. Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is strictly at 10 a.m., with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Parking is limited to four standard-size cars, with no overnight street parking allowed. Pets are not allowed unless approved, and a pet policy must be agreed upon. Guests must respect community guidelines and keep the property clean. The house receives regular pest control treatment, but insects and pests may still be present due to the Georgia climate. The home includes a working space for those who like to work in style, providing a comfortable area to focus and be productive.
