With multiple living spaces, this home is ideal for tournament families, sports teams, coaches, relocation stays, corporate housing, and extended visits. This home features Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island, and a full-size laundry. The main living room boasts vaulted ceilings, a large sectional sofa, and an oversized Smart TV, while an upstairs loft/media room offers additional seating and a TV. The kitchen table extends to accommodate more guests comfortably. A mudroom/drop zone with hooks, bench seating, and cubbies provides convenient storage for bags and gear. Outdoor seating areas are available in the front and back, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing. A shared community pavilion with an outdoor fireplace and community grills are available on a first-come, first-served basis, along with a nearby picnic table and outdoor gathering space. Nearby attractions include LakePoint Sports (less than 1 mile away), Downtown Cartersville with its shops and dining, the Savoy Automobile Museum, Tellus Science Museum, Booth Western Art Museum, Lake Allatoona for boating and fishing, Red Top Mountain State Park, and the historic Etowah Indian Mounds. The home offers easy access to I-75 and Highway 41. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking indoors or outdoors will incur a $400 housekeeping expense. No events or parties are permitted. Check-out is at 10 am, and a $50 cleaner trip fee will apply if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee of $20 per hour, and a 15-minute grace period after 10 am checkout is allowed, with a $25 fee for every 15 minutes thereafter. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by them or their party during their stay. Pets are considered and require approval before check-in, with a per-night, per-pet occupancy fee based on the length of stay: 1-6 nights is $25 per pet, per night; 7-28 nights is $15 per pet, per night; and 29+ nights is $10 per pet, per night. Emotional Support Animals are treated the same as pets for booking and fee purposes. Trained service animals are exempt from pet fees. For stays of 40-60 nights, a mid-stay clean is required, and for stays over 60 nights, a deep clean replaces the standard checkout clean. Guest personal property is not insured by the owner against loss or damage. Management recommends guests carry insurance to protect their personal property. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the owner and management from all claims resulting from loss, damage, or injury. All payments are non-refundable; cancellations within 24 hours of booking confirmation will be refunded minus applicable fees. Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking confirmation or within 24 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of all payments. Standard transaction and processing fees are non-refundable. A surcharge will be applied to cover additional card-processing and administrative costs for any refund issued. External CCTV and sound sensors are used for safety and convenience. Interior monitoring includes temperature, humidity, and sound decibel levels. Smart home devices like Amazon Echo may be present but do not record or store audio. Tampering with electronic monitoring devices is prohibited. The internet plan includes 1.2TB per month; exceeding this limit may impact speeds. No refunds are issued for internet outages or slow speeds. Routine maintenance may occur to keep the home in top condition. The propane grill is available for use, and guests should clean it after use and ensure the knob is in the off position. Do not leave children unattended while using the grill. External CCTV access view of the entryway and driveway along with sound sensors will be set off should there be a prolonged noise disturbance. A gathering will be considered anyone additional to the number of guests listed on your reservation. There is an additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count.
