The house itself is a historic duplex with 14-foot ceilings, original hardwood floors, and a fireplace in the living room (sadly only decorative now due to fire codes). The living room includes a TV and pull-out sofa, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for preparing meals. The bathroom has been repainted and updated. The bedroom is in the back with a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress. It also includes a closet, hangars, ironing board, and iron. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Plenty of parking is available along the side of the house. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
