A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. This property boasts a large, fenced yard, offering plenty of space for your pets to roam freely. Inquire about renting the main house if you need more space. Nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood known for its well-kept homes and tree-lined streets, this apartment offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Residents enjoy easy access to nearby shopping, dining, and recreational areas, with Midtown and downtown Columbus just a short drive away. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. If an excessive amount of trash is left at the property, there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal. Pets are permitted at this home, and you will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property.
