The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to feel at home, and the eat-in kitchen offers plenty of space for family and friends to gather. The lower floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Two twin beds are located up a spiral staircase, perfect for kids and friends, though it might be challenging for some. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, and they must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional charges apply for evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. A $500 damage charge applies for any signs of smoking or cigarette butts found in or around the home. Parties are prohibited, and events require prior approval.
