The living room is complete with a pull-out sofa and SmartTV, and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The two bedrooms showcase the gorgeous, historic hardwood floors. The master has a king bed, and the second room has a queen bed. Two bathrooms allow guests to share the space with ease. Whether you are in town for the weekend or for an extended period of time, the washer and dryer are there to make your life easier. Don't forget to enjoy the fenced-in backyard, deck, and charcoal grill. It is the ideal space to unwind and appreciate your stay. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. The home is located in the historic downtown residential district. Situated right next to Victory Drive, the home provides easy access to Fort Moore. Enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Riverwalk, which is only a short, 3 block walk from the home. For those who enjoy longer walks, downtown Columbus is only a mile away. This home is in the perfect location to explore historic Columbus and the scenic Chattahoochee River. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will receive the code upon arrival. Check-in and check-out are automated for maximum privacy and flexibility. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Trash should be bagged and placed in the bins provided, with a $100 charge for excessive trash removal.
