The welcoming front porch greets guests. The front door leads into an open-concept living room and fully equipped kitchen/dining room space that runs the length of the house. The living room is complete with a pull-out sofa and SmartTV, and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The two bedrooms showcase the gorgeous, historic hardwood floors. A washer and dryer are available. A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. This home is located in the historic downtown residential district, right next to Victory Drive, providing easy access to Fort Moore. Enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Riverwalk, which is only a short, 3 block walk from the home. For those who enjoy longer walks, downtown Columbus is only a mile away. This home is in the perfect location to explore historic Columbus and the scenic Chattahoochee River. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Pets are permitted with a non-refundable fee. You are responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
