The decorative fireplace adds a touch of older charm, while the flooring, countertops, appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms, and paint have all been updated. The home offers comfortable accommodations with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a charcoal grill. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $50 fee per pet. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A $100 flat rate pet fee applies, and additional cleaning costs will be charged if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in Midtown, the home is surrounded by mature trees and is only minutes away from major grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and more. However, there is no public transit in the neighborhood, so driving or taking a cab is necessary. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are detected, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. All trash must be bagged and placed in the provided bins, with a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if excessive trash is left. Check-in is flexible after 3:00 p.m., and a personalized code will be sent upon check-in. A laptop computer is not included.
