This simple 2-bedroom cottage offers a modest and functional place to stay. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, chairs, and a Smart TV for relaxation. A dining area sits just off the living room, and the kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, ideal for preparing basic meals. Both bedrooms feature queen beds for a comfortable night’s sleep, and the shared bathroom includes a tub for convenience. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request and a vacuum is available upon request. This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take a cab or Uber. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
