Inside, the living room features a large Smart TV, two sofas with a queen sleeper sofa, and additional seating. The dining room has a large table with bench seating and extra chairs off the kitchen, allowing everyone to enjoy a meal together made in the fully equipped kitchen. The five bedrooms offer plenty of space for a good night's sleep, with the first bedroom having two queen beds, the second bedroom two full beds, and the remaining three bedrooms with king beds. All bedrooms have closets for personal belongings. There are three full shared bathrooms in this home. The back unit requires navigating a flight of stairs and uses a digital keypad for entry. Inside, you'll find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom connecting the living spaces to one bedroom. The backyard features a charcoal BBQ grill and a swing set for kids. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. While driving is recommended, Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violation of quiet hours may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility.
