The dining room features a large table with bench seating and extra chairs off the kitchen, allowing everyone to enjoy a meal together made in the fully equipped kitchen. The five bedrooms offer plenty of space for a good night's sleep, with the first bedroom having two queen beds, the second bedroom two full beds, and the remaining three bedrooms king beds. All bedrooms have closets for personal belongings, and there are three full shared bathrooms. The backyard features a charcoal BBQ grill and a swing set for kids. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. The driveway can fit three cars, and pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found, additional cleaning costs will be charged. Located in Historic Midtown Columbus, just 2.5 miles from Downtown Columbus, the home is situated in a residential area where driving is recommended. However, Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation. The home has a contact-free check-in via a digital door code, providing maximum privacy. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
