A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided.
