A pack 'n play/travel crib and a vacuum are available upon request. Pets are permitted at this home with a non-refundable pet fee. You are responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. This home is just 5 minutes from Columbus State University, 20 minutes from Fort Moore, and 10 minutes from downtown, where you can enjoy the scenic Chattahoochee River. The quiet and friendly neighborhood ensures safety for families and friends. Downtown shopping area and restaurants are all 5 minutes away. Lake Bottom park has a gravel running trail, baseball fields and plenty of great places to relax as a family. You can walk to the park, but if you want to venture out, you will need a car or call a cab/Uber. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. You are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided.
