Sliding glass doors open to a patio. A giant formal dining room with two large tables can accommodate the most sizable families. The main level bedroom is the king bed master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet. Ascending the gorgeous staircase to the home's upper level, guests will enjoy two generously sized bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The lower level offers ample room for entertaining and another full bathroom. Sleeping options are abundant, with two more bedrooms and a small seating area with a twin over full bunk bed as well as a sleeper sofa. The walk-out basement provides guests access to a fantastic yard with mature trees and landscaping, which give a sense of privacy. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Located in Midtown Columbus, this home is perfectly situated to explore 18 different historic neighborhoods. Driving is recommended, but Uber and Lyft are readily available. The carport can fit up to 2 cars, and an additional 3 can fit in the driveway. This home has a steep staircase that may be challenging for small children or guests with mobility issues. There are also two upper-level balconies to consider if you're bringing small children. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
