Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. It is only minutes away from Lakebottom Park, offering convenience and leisure. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation may be canceled, requiring you to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited; a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or furnishings will be your responsibility.
