The family room includes a Smart TV for streaming. A formal dining room seats six, with a separate breakfast area for four. The kitchen is equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer is available for guest use. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home, along with a welcome basket of snacks and Keurig K-Cups. Enjoy the covered backyard deck for outdoor relaxation and front porch seating for added charm. Driveway and 2-car garage parking are available. Children and pets are welcome, with pet fees applying. This is a non-smoking property, and no events are permitted. A $400 housekeeping expense will be incurred for any evidence of smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors. The backyard is not fenced. Trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage bin on the side of the home, rolled to the end of the road Thursday nights for Friday morning pickup; failure to do so incurs a fee. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by them or their party during their stay. Mail should not be sent to the rental property. Lost items are not the responsibility of the host. For bookings made via Airbnb or Booking, any additional charges above the standard cleaning fee will be collected after confirmation or once stay thresholds (40/60 nights) are reached. Parties are prohibited. External CCTV and sound sensors will be activated for prolonged noise disturbances. An additional fee of $25 per extra person, per night applies for each additional guest beyond the property's bed count. Check-out is at 10 am unless approved in advance; a $50 cleaner trip fee applies if the cleaning team cannot access the property due to a delayed checkout. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional fee of $20 for every hour before or after standard times.
