While working on a roofing project with her husband, Char visited Blue Ridge, GA, for the first time. She instantly fell in love with the sights and sounds of the mountains. After some loving encouragement, she decided to pursue real estate passion full-time, serving buyers and sellers in North Georgia. Now six years into her career, Char has won many accolades, from company Rookie of the year to the Northeast GA Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence. And while awards are great, she knows that true success isn't determined by dollars – it's measured by customer satisfaction and enriched with integrity. As an agent, she goes to the ends of the Earth for her clients. She always makes it a point to be available, whether they have questions about the local market or need a strong advocate during negotiations. She supplements client dedication with robust connections, commercial development expertise, and unmatched attention to detail. From overseeing operational responsibilities to training new agents, she always has her team's best interests at heart. When she's not working, Char is probably spending time with her family. A mother of three grown children, she loves being with her kids, getting back to nature, spending summers on the Gulf of Mexico, and traveling to new locations around the world.
