We welcome 2 pets per apartment home and pets are limited by breed. There is a $450 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, and an additional $250 for the second that must be paid prior to bringing the pet on property. Breed restrictions include Pit Bull, Chows, American Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Wolf Hybrids and all mixes of these breeds and any other breeds classified as aggressive, etc.
