You will share the bathroom with ONE other person. 900 sq ft is an estimate of your private bedroom space (100 sq ft) + the shared living area (800 sq ft). Patio provides additional square footage. Available immediately. Lease ends Nov 30th. The apartment is in the highly rated condominium “The Windsor Over Peachtree” (please search for it in your browser). Location is exceptional. Besides being 2 blocks to GA Tech, it’s also on the same block as MARTA, 1 block from The Fox, walkable to Piedmont Park, in the vicinity of MANY restaurants (including Chick Fil A) with a Subway, the Midtown Diner, and a Boba Tea Cafe right in the same building. I chose this unit largely for its great views! It’s on the 12th floor. All the ‘view’ photos attached are taken from my spacious balcony, to which you will have complete access. A hanging egg chair and cushioned lounge chairs have recently been purchased for the patio. Note the construction site in the central photo, currently grown into a large building. There is a saltwater pool (May thru Sep), in-building gym, conference room, meeting lounge, ping-pong, and 24-hour concierge. Washer/dryer in building (pay per use), with same-day to-your-door laundry service available. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, are a total of $100 per month.
