It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta. Pets are welcome, with up to two small to medium-sized pets allowed per unit, subject to breed restrictions. An additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee applies, or a one-time fee for stays less than 45 days. Pet fees are charged separately after booking. You are responsible for any damage the pets may cause, and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age. All guests must check-in online using the virtual front desk at least three days prior to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the check-in and lodging agreement are complete, and information provided is verified. The minimum age to book a reservation is 21 years old, and age will be verified after booking. A valid credit card for identity verification and/or incidentals/damages, a picture of your government-issued photo ID, and a live selfie are required. The trusted partner reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason.
