The MARTA station is just two blocks away for quick access to the city and the airport. The apartment is 30 minutes from Atlanta Airport via MARTA. Smoking or vaping inside the building will result in a $250 fine. No pets are allowed in the unit; violation will result in a $600 fine from the building. Please do not take the building sensor cards/fob when checking out; a missing fob will result in a $100 replacement cost. Late check-out that's not agreed upon will result in an extra cleaning fee and inconvenience fee around $200 and up. The building was built in 1963, and the air conditioning and heat are controlled by the building with specific starting dates each year.
