This condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. Ideal for business travel or relocation plans. The apartment is thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings and premium bedding, ensuring a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for dining at home, making it perfect for both short visits and extended stays. Pets are welcome, with up to two small to medium-sized pets allowed per unit, subject to breed restrictions. An additional $75 monthly pet cleaning fee applies, or a one-time fee for stays less than 45 days. Pet fees are charged separately after booking. You are responsible for any damage caused by pets, and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age. All guests must check-in online using the virtual front desk at least three days prior to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the check-in and lodging agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified. The minimum age to book a reservation is 21 years old, and age will be verified after booking. A valid credit card for identity verification and a picture of your government-issued photo ID are required. A live selfie may also be requested. Identity verification and criminal background checks may be performed prior to, during, or after a stay, and a reservation may be terminated for any reason.
