The building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid of the smells. If you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. The on-site parking lot is privately owned and the third-party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. The parking lot can get creepy at night, so you may want to find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally.
