The parking lot can feel creepy at night, so you may want to find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally, controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. The space is for residential use only and is not for social gatherings or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. No pets are allowed at any time with a minimum fine of $500. Behavior resulting in a false fire alarm incurs a minimum fine of $150. No eating, beverages, or smoking are allowed in the hallways or other common areas of the building with a minimum fine of $50. Please leave the condo tidy by emptying the trash, starting the dishwasher, and leaving dirty towels in the bathroom.
