The condo is located in the heart of the city, and there are often houseless individuals smoking and drinking around the area and outside the building. The building is under construction, so there are blowers in the lobby and hallways to manage odors, which can be turned off if too loud at night. The on-site parking lot is privately owned and may have some trash, and it can feel creepy at night, so consider alternative parking if uncomfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally, controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. Quiet hours are between 21:00 and 9:00. The space is for residential use only, not for social gatherings or parties, and only registered guests are allowed. No pets are allowed at any time, with a minimum fine of $500.
