Having marketed and sold luxury new home developments across the country, Matt brings immense value to his clients and projects he works on. Matt's unique skill set, and expertise inform and influence the world of real estate—from development and design to marketing and sales — unlocking immense value on behalf of his clients. Having started his career with Bonita Springs based developer WCI Communities, Matt was responsible for sales and marketing for the company’s portfolio of luxury golf course, marina and condominium communities along Florida’s east coast from Jacksonville to Miami. When the real estate market softened Matt transitioned his career to the design-side where he served as VP of Marketing for Americas Mart, the world’s largest design center. Matt’s passion for design dates back to his early childhood and led him to the University of Florida where he studied architectural design and marketing, eventually obtaining both a BA and MBA. In addition to a thriving general real estate career Matt also currently serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Opus Place, soon to be Atlanta’s tallest and most luxurious address. Matt is responsible for almost $100M in contracts there and has sold out nearly 40% of the tower. For more than fifteen years, Matt has honed his steadfast approach to the benefit of all those he works with. Simply put, real estate has been his passion.
