This condo is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in the kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or relocation plans, ensuring you feel at home during your stay. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two small to medium-sized pets per unit, subject to breed restrictions. An additional $75 monthly pet cleaning fee applies, or a one-time fee for stays less than 45 days. Pet fees are charged separately after booking. You are responsible for any damage caused by the pets, and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age. Guests must check-in online using the Virtual Front Desk at least three days prior to arrival or at the time of booking if less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will be provided once the check-in and lodging agreement are complete and information is verified. The minimum age to book a reservation is 21 years old, and age will be verified after booking. A valid credit card for identity verification and a picture of your government-issued photo ID are required. A "Live Selfie" may also be requested. The property reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests and may terminate a reservation for any reason.
