This modern and classically renovated apartment is perfect for both short-term visits and extended stays, offering easy access to Midtown and Buckhead. Enjoy the convenience of a free parking space and stay connected with included Wi-Fi. This condo is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen has everything you need to dine at home, making it ideal for business travel or relocation plans. Pets are welcome with a limit of two small to medium-sized pets per unit, subject to breed restrictions. An additional $75 monthly pet cleaning fee applies, or a one-time fee for stays less than 45 days. Pet fees are charged separately after booking. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pets. Guests must check-in online using the Virtual Front Desk at least 3 days prior to arrival, or at the time of booking if less than 48 hours from arrival. The minimum age to book a reservation is 21 years old. A valid credit card for identity verification and a government-issued photo ID are required. "Live Selfie" verification is also needed. The apartment reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests and may terminate a reservation for any reason.
