Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a $50 fee, and checkouts more than 2 hours past the designated time will be charged the full day rate. Damages to the premises may incur a fee of up to $300. Pets are not allowed, and will incur a $100 fee. If you are a long-term tenant, the partner will inspect the unit every 2 weeks.
