One apartment is located on the 1st floor and the other on the 4th floor of the same building, which includes an elevator. Each apartment features a stylish interior with granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplashes, gourmet kitchens with islands/bars, stainless steel appliances, deep sinks, and gooseneck faucets. Designer light fixtures and ceiling fans complement the spacious aesthetics with nine-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling curtains. Both apartments offer spacious extendable 8-seater dining tables with large benches and kitchen island seating. The 1st-floor unit has forest views from the living room, primary bedroom, and bunk bedroom. The 4th-floor unit boasts a serene balcony with a top-floor view of the complex and pond views in the twin and queen bedrooms. Convenience is key with a full washer/dryer in-unit and a keyless entry smart lock. Resort-style amenities include a saltwater pool, a 24/7 fitness center and wellness studio, bikes for exploring nature paths, a community office and lounge area, cornhole and poolside grilling, and a "bark" park with a pet spa. A $100 fee will be charged if guests leave more than thirty minutes after the posted check-out time, and an additional day's stay will be charged if possession is held for more than two additional hours beyond designated check-out. A $40 fee per unlogged guest will be charged. Guests must be approved before check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior and exterior areas of the apartment complex, with a $500 fine for violations. No parties are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations.
