The living room, primary bedroom, and bunk bedroom offer forest views, while the queen bedroom overlooks one of the apartment's ponds. Convenience is key with a full in-unit washer/dryer, keyless entry smart lock, and designer lighting. Pets are allowed with a $500 fine per unauthorized pet. Bikes are available at the clubhouse for exploring the community's trails. Valet trash pickup and electric car charging stations are available. This vibrant haven is located in a gorgeous master-planned community, offering a lifestyle rooted in connection. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A $100 fee will be charged if guests leave more than thirty minutes past the designated check-out time. If guests hold possession of the premises for more than two additional hours beyond the designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at the base nightly rate. Guests must have a valid working phone number. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any violation will result in a $500 fine. No parties are tolerated; any violation will result in a $200 fine. Guests agree to allow apartment staff to enter the unit for mandatory air filter replacements every two months or for other maintenance needs. Guests acknowledge that they may directly or indirectly affect the home's surfaces and sanitation due to the natural movement of air. If enough towels or linens are not available upon arrival, guests should check the dryer. If the keyless entry system is damaged, a $75 fee will be incurred. Guests must not enter the attic space. Guests must not open windows or exterior access doors for extended periods unless in case of emergencies. The occupancy limit is ten (10) guests. Guests living within thirty minutes of the premises must contact before booking. Guests agree that if any aspect of the premises or home is damaged at their fault, they are responsible for the total repair costs. Breaking any house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. The living room features a private workspace with a desk, a cozy cognac chair, and high-speed internet, making it remote work-friendly.
