If guests hold possession of the premises for more than two additional hours beyond the designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at the base nightly rate. Guests must have a valid working phone number. This is a non-smoking apartment complex, and any violation will result in a $500 fine. No parties are tolerated; any violation will result in a $200 fine. Guests agree to allow apartment staff to enter the unit for mandatory air filter replacements every two months or for other maintenance needs.
