No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at any time unless approved by the host in advance, with a violation fee of $250 per guest/visitor. Please avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Respect the noise curfew from 8 PM to 8 AM daily. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A $75 fee will be charged if guests leave more than ten minutes after the posted check-out time, and an additional day's stay will be charged if possession of the premises is held for more than 30 minutes beyond designated check-out.
