The master bedroom has an en suite and small walk-in closet. New carpet is being installed in the master next week so you can put your bare feet down without worry. One small cat or dog is allowed, information available upon request. The building is located near the heart of growing downtown Winter Haven and with a walking score of 79 out of 100, it means a short walk to many restaurants, shops, parks, library and services. Included is access to the large pool, one assigned parking spot and the comforting feeling of living in a safe and secure building. Your water and garbage service is included in the rent, a $100 plus value. The unit is subject to the homeowners association rules which will be provided upon showing. Once a lease has been executed, the tenant(s) will be required to meet with two HOA board members to go over the rules. There is a one time fee of $100 due to the HOA at the time of meeting.
