Whether you're relaxing after a theme park day or enjoying a quiet morning on the balcony, this home has everything you need. The condo features three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms with four total beds, including a Star Wars-themed bunk room that’s a hit with younger guests, and a primary suite with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a tub. Enjoy fresh linens, cozy bedding, and ample closet space. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cookware, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and indoor dining area plus a furnished private balcony for outdoor meals or evening drinks ensure year-round comfort. There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, which cannot be reserved and is on a first-come, first-serve basis with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. Keep entertained with complimentary access to the condo's beautiful amenities open from 8am to 10pm year-round, including an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, game room with ping pong table and mini basketball, fitness center, and sauna. A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. Nearby family attractions include Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs, Walt Disney World Resort Golf, Vineland Premium Outlet Mall, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Orlando International Airport, Lake Louisa State Park, and Orlando Science Center. Restaurants nearby include Breezes Restaurant and Bar, Bonefish Grill, Tradewinds Restaurant, and Chuy's. Commute time varies depending on the traffic. To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. We allow only one pet up to 40 lbs. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds. If you're bringing a pet, please share the breed and weight with us in advance.
