The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances, including a deep double sink, full-sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. Granite countertops provide ample space for cooking, and there's a dining table for family meals. The condo is air-conditioned and includes in-suite laundry machines, as well as a large screened-in patio. For guests bringing a pet, a fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for a one-time fee of $40, and a highchair can be provided for a one-time fee of $40. Palisades Condominium is conveniently located right off the 192, providing easy access to a variety of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. Nearby family attractions include Walt Disney World at 5.7 miles, Disney's Animal Kingdom at 7.6 miles, Hollywood Studios at 9.6 miles, and Epcot at 10 miles. Other attractions include SeaWorld at 15 miles, Universal Studios at 19.8 miles, Orange Lake Golf Course at 2.4 miles, and Highlands Reserve Golf Club at 6 miles. The building amenities, including the outdoor community pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, fitness center, and meeting rooms, are open from 8am to 10pm year-round. Free parking is available in the lot underneath the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with a height restriction of 7.5 feet. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. The condo is accessible via hallways with wide clearance and two elevators. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Late check-outs will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
