Unauthorized guests will be fined $50 per unapproved guest beyond the home capacity. Unauthorized vehicles will incur an extra charge of $50 per vehicle. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and an extra cleaning fee of $75 may apply if extra dirt is found. By booking this property, you agree to use the pool at your own risk, and anyone under 18 should not use the pool without adult supervision. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
