Paperwork for Temporary Resident IDs will be submitted by owner at least 2 weeks in advance of your stay. This Resident ID for the enjoyment of the amenities at The Villages including executive golf courses, reduced fee at championship golf courses, swimming, recreation centers, and more. After you receiving Resident Guest IDs, you can obtain Guest Passes for your addition guest at The Villages ID office at Brownwood Sales Office (2705 W Torch Lake Dr, The Villages, FL 32163). Standard Rental Fees: Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Please see monthly rental fees (below). To reserve this villa, you must provide a $700 Security Deposit per authorized 3 days before check-out, a $200 non-refundable Cleaning Fee. The Security Deposit will be refunded 7 days after departure less any damage expenses within the premises or to its furnishings discovered upon end-of-stay inspection. This property is managed with a property management software. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100 % refund. Bookings canceled 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50 % refund.
