This inviting home features 2 spacious bedrooms with a king and a queen bed, a private pool, and 2 full bathrooms including an ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom and a hallway bathroom. The large full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the open living room offers comfy seating with boho-inspired decor. Enjoy the open concept dining area and a large, fully fenced backyard with plenty of lounge seating. Stay connected with high-speed free Wi-Fi and a smart TV, and start your day with a coffee from the coffee machine. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Vero Beach is a small, graceful city along Florida's Atlantic Coast, known for golf, water sports, and fishing. Peaceful beaches, museums, nature tours, and a range of hotels make Vero Beach a terrific vacation destination and an important part of the region known as the Treasure Coast. South Beach Park offers vast beautiful white sands and sand volleyball courts. Downtown’s South Beach Park chronicles the local citrus industry. McKee Botanical Garden has tropical plants and water lily–filled streams. To the north, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge shelters brown pelicans. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool, which is serviced weekly. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There are cameras outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. Number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed 2. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum during late hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
