Hi, I'm Christina Bannister — REALTOR®, proud South Florida native, devoted wife and mom, and your go-to guide for all things real estate in beautiful Vero Beach.
Born and raised in South Florida, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Broward College, completed my teaching license in 2015, and pursued my Master’s at Florida Atlantic University. Life took an unexpected (and wonderful!) turn when I moved to Knoxville, Tennessee on a whim. I spent seven years enjoying four true seasons, incredible scenery, and—most importantly—meeting my amazing husband, Ethan, and growing our family.
Before real estate, I worked as a special education teacher, a role that taught me patience, problem-solving, and how to advocate fiercely for the people I serve. Those qualities naturally transferred to my lifelong passion: helping people buy and sell homes. In late 2020, I finally followed that dream and never looked back.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of guiding dozens of clients in both buyer’s and seller’s markets. In just my second year, I earned a Top 10 spot in my office and became a multi-million-dollar producer in 2022. I truly love learning every aspect of real estate and using that knowledge to empower and support the people I work with.
In January 2023, after a family trip to Vero Beach, we knew instantly that this was home. We sold our Knoxville house, packed up, and planted our roots in Vero Beach. Today, my husband and I, along with our four beautiful children: Madison (11), Corbin (6), Isabella (3), and Lilia (2), are so grateful to be part of such a welcoming, vibrant community.
What truly sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to exceptional service and the Christian values that guide my life and business. Buying or selling a home can be exhilarating, stressful, or a mix of both, so I make it my mission to support my clients with honesty, clarity, and heart.
