An older pup next door may bark from time to time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should never exceed 2. Please respect the neighborhood by being considerate of the neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10 am, and a fee of up to $300 may be incurred for late check-outs. The pool area is completely off-limits due to recent renovation. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit if you bring a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), with written notification from the guest and approval by the host required.
