Feel at home in this fully renovated apartment that's less than a 9-minute walk to the beach. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has been renovated with vinyl throughout and features sea-inspired decor, three electric fireplaces, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The apartment includes 2 queen beds, linens and towels, a comfy living room sofa, a ROKU TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the cooking supplies necessary. Enjoy the waterview from the living room. You are welcome to park your boat for a fee of $150 plus $50 per night, with written permission. Boat parking fees may vary, so please inquire for exact rates. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. You can walk 5-10 minutes for restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Many things are within walking distance, though you can certainly bring a car if you'd like to explore nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach. If you're going to the beach, parking is limited, so it is recommended to use a ride-share service or walk. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed. If you intend to have a guest come by, they're only allowed at the property outside of quiet hours (i.e., 8 AM - 10 PM), and you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500 determined at our sole discretion. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $500 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the stay without any refund and charge a $500 penalty. Do not discard cigarette butts or cigars on the grass. If we have to clean any up, we reserve the right to charge a $50 penalty for each one we find in the grass or on the ground. We allow 2 pets per stay, with a max pet weight of 50lbs. You must notify us in advance, in writing, if you're bringing a pet. Fees and conditions will apply. Service pets are free; however, you still must notify us in advance with documentation. You must pick up after your pets. Pet feces left behind can incur a penalty of up to $50 per incident. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250 per pet and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund. Pets must be leashed when outside or in a fenced-in backyard, especially when the property is shared with other guests. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted by us in writing; the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM), the fee will be $200. A rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival. This includes providing a legal photo ID along with an accompanying verification photo (selfie). Check-in information cannot be shared until this is completed. There is another unit on this property that is often rented, so it is possible you'll encounter other guests. While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies. The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability. Be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience. Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. Please make sure to screw the propane tank "open" to start the grill and "close" when done (labels on top of the tank). This is to ensure the propane is not wasted and leaking. Please ensure you turn the grill dials completely off when done cooking and use the brush to clean the top of the grates. Do NOT leave any food sitting on the grill and do NOT leave the grill unsupervised when it is on. A dirty grill can result in an additional charge of $50. Security cameras are not actively monitored 24/7. The footage is reviewed only as necessary to ensure the security and well-being of guests - Camera on the front of the house - Camera at the backyard with a view of the fenced-in patio - Camera at the side entrance to the property. Please inform us in advance if guests are expecting to receive packages during their stay. The property will not be held responsible for any deliveries, including misplaced, lost, or delayed items. Please be responsible for ensuring your packages are properly addressed and received during your stay. The fishing dock is private to our duplex. Both units have access. You are allowed to fish off the dock. If you do so, be sure to clean up after yourself. You are also allowed to kayak off of there. There is space for ONE boat.
