Enjoy the comfy living room sofa, a ROKU TV (you have to log into your apps), high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the necessary cooking supplies. The living room offers a waterview. Boat parking fees vary, so please inquire for exact rates. Kayak is available for use. Boat parking minimum rate starts at $100 per night and varies depending on the time of year and length of stay. Discounts on longer stays, longer than 7 days, 20% off per night. Pets are welcome with applicable fees and conditions. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach are a short drive away. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties are never allowed. Max occupancy is 5 people, and any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500 determined at our sole discretion. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $500 penalty. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. No firearms allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $15 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. It’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
