The apartment also offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials. Pets are welcome with a maximum of 2 pets per stay, each weighing up to 50lbs. A fee applies, and service pets are free with prior notification and documentation. The property offers a boat dock with a fee of $150 plus $50 per night for boat parking. Additional fees include a cleaning fee for stays longer than 14 days, a service fee, a resort fee, and applicable taxes. Any violation of the no-party policy will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, and any violation will incur a $500 penalty. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour. The fishing dock is private to the duplex, and both units have access. Guests must practice reasonable precaution when using the fire pit and grill.
